Hi,

Gonna start this juice drink at the weekend.

3L pure apple juice (286g sugar)
1.5L Cracker blueberry & blackberry not from concentrate (214g sugar)
4L red grape juice (650g sugar)
4Kg sugar
2 heaped tsp yeast
3 tsp yeast nutrient
4 tsp pectolose
2 tsp tannin
4 tsp glycerine
water to 4 gallons

Just not sure with there being berries in the recipe 2 tsp's of tannin might be a bit to much. Also maybe a bit to much sugar would like it fairly strong but not to overpowering.
Any comments would be appreciated

cheers

That would give you an OG of 1.107, heading for 15% alcohol.

I would cut the added sugar down to 3.2kg, giving around 1.090 and aiming for 12.5% abv.

Otherwise, sounds good to me :thumb:
