I ordered two all grain kits from Brew UK over a week ago and I have yet to receive them. I have also sent two emails which remain unanswered.

I’ll call them Monday but is this the normal delivery time?

What service have others experienced as I would hope this is just a blip.

I've always had great service from them, in fact I ordered a Therminator last week and was told there was a three week wait till their shipment arrived. I got it two days later!!!!!

As above, always good comms and quick dispatch of orders. It's run by Greg Hughes who writes the brewing books so he has a large stake in the homebrew business and has been running a good supply business for years. Something must be up.

I’ve only ever bought equipment and minikegs from them but are usually spot on.

I have bought plenty of stuff from them. Never had any problems and the customer service has always been great.

Something's amiss. Use the live chat on the website. Normally they give excellent service.

Home Brew Shop On Line have always been my choice.

Only ever had one issue and they replaced free of charge.

I placed an order on the 10th Sept and still waiting. Sent them a message on Friday and as of yet, had no reply.

Just checked my last order, 18th Sept and it arrived within a couple of days - orders usually arrive in 3 days max.

Have you logged in to check progress and whether it's been dispatched?

Just checked my account,one of brewtech items is not in stock,but the cleaner is.Never had issues before,and I ordered a 14 gallon tank off them and came in 2 days.
