Hopefully I'll be getting my (false) bottom broken in next weekend  I've been looking forward to it for a while now, but I just hope it's a tight enough fit!

Planning this recipe, which should let me ferment in the cellar at 16/17 C:

California Dreaming (California common)

Amount Item
4.50 kg Pale Malt (2 Row) Bel (5.9 EBC)
0.50 kg Caramunich Malt (110.3 EBC)

Boil Amount Item Type
60 min 15.00 gm Northern Brewer [8.50 %] (60 min) Hops
30 min 15.00 gm Northern Brewer [8.50 %] (30 min) Hops
5 min 30.00 gm Northern Brewer [8.50 %] (5 min) Hops

Amount Item
1 Pkgs California Lager (Wyeast Labs #2112)

This'll be the first time I'll have an assistant on hand, so I'm looking forward to having a beer and watching the grain being crushed

Rabbie,
I've got a CC on tap right now. It's a lovely brew. Your's looks very nice. I've tweaked my recipe about 3 different times now.

Happy brewing!

Thanks guys,
We'll we got this one brewed on Friday/Saturday. Time ran away from us, so we ended with an overnight mash and early boil on Saturday.
Not many pics, but I'll see if I can get some up later.

This was the first outing for the flase bottom I got MD to make-up, very impressed, these are highly recommended for the price! Thanks mate, it should see a bit of action.
