It is approximately true to the recipe in Historical Brewing Techniques for making authentic use of the first Kveik strain. Biggest issue being lack of juniper bushes. Also I can only identify about 2 trees so not easy to substitute.

I did a pine beer but I would rather be the guinea pig for that myself rather than potentially inflict it on someone else, but I probably won't get chance to crack the first bottle open until Boxing Day
