I must be one of the lucky ones my Evri driver has a van (like a real delivery driver) and never had a problem with him since he has been driving in our area. It is a problem in some areas I know especially the fly by nights who use the family car for a quick job fix, Not to say all car drivers are bad delivery but it is a good pointer sometimes
