Just came to bottle my Vienna lager and the top third is frozen. I’ll let it thaw out overnight I’m sure it’ll be ok. Only had the lagering fridge set on 2 degrees though!

Done it a couple of times first time was St Austell 1851 and it is still one of my best brews to date.

I would be checking out whatever you are using for temperature control, it's way off.
