Grape Sugar

HI folks, I need to get hold of some grape sugar for an old recipe .. am I right in thinking this would now be sold as dextrose?

Yup, you should be able to buy it from a chemist or health food store.

Hi granda. I posted a few weeks ago on getting my grandfather's handwritten wine notes from back in the 40s & 50s. He was famous for his mead but not for keeping accurate records unfortunately.

There's one mead recipe which I'm planning on giving a go in the next couple of weeks, once I've finished tinkering with it and filled in all the gaps, I'll post it along with pics!
