Regular.
I've just joined the forum today having found it through a search for some info about using the Brewzilla 3.1. I've been brewing for >40 years with varying degrees of success. Like most home brewers I started out using extract, but switched to all grain about 35 years ago.
My most recent acquisitions have been a Brewzilla 3.1 at the beginning of the year, and a 2 roller grain mill a couple of months ago. Learning to brew with the Brewzilla has been an uphill struggle, but I am at last making progress thanks to info from this forum, and also from an Australian based forum, which is hosted by a guy who posts a lot of YouTube videos of himself using the Brewzilla.
My latest brew is a Belgian Pale . . . . . which is currently fermenting away nicely in the kitchen
I look forward to taking an active part in the forum in the future.
