Hi Everyone,
I've been brewing beer from kits for 3 or 4 years now, and have made and enjoyed many different ones. It didn't take me long to work out that the 3kg kits produce the taste and quality of beer that suits me, so these are the kits I make. I have always used crown cap bottles for my beer, due to convenience of storage and transport. I'm thinking its about time I made the next step and tried my hand at all grain brewing, so over the next couple of months I'm planning on getting all of the hardware together and will be making my first all grain brew. So before I jump in with both feet I thought I would join a forum to benefit from the advice and experience from fellow homebrewers.
Cheers
Dave
