Help! ASAP beersphere

Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong?
I've just put 22 ltr of bitter in beersphere and now can't figure out how to make the cannister pressurize it.
I screw the cannister on and nothing happens.
It was new cannister so I'm confused and don't wanna waste the bitter if I can help it

if you've just transferred the beer from the fermenter and primed it, you shouldn't need the C02 for now. i'd weigh the cylinder to verify that it's not empty and if it contains gas then its either the cylinder valve or the valve on the keg that's faulty

Tare weight is weight when empty yes? It was bought sealed but it weighs what it says for tare weight - odd or empty?

Dont know to much about gas. However i have some calor propane bottles and they have the tare(empty) weight stamped on the neck.
When weighed empty they are there abouts what is stated.
Unfortunatly you may have bought a empty can. Perhaps a small leak in the valve?
