So I have joined for some advice on some brewing that I am hoping to do in the next couple of days and also to absorb lots of information from all the threads available.
I have pretty much always been interested in real ales, ever since I realised how much more flavour and depth they have over commercial lagers. This persuaded me to work in pubs, eventually working for Fullers at management level before changing it all to work for a little independent brewery in North London. Obviously not a lot is going on right now though.
I've drunk plenty, I understand a fair amount, but there is always more to learn.
