I have seen another recipe for this that includes citra, I think the one in the link may be incorrect.

Well to an extent but they list ingredients here. If you want to get anywhere close I think you need the correct hops. Considering offer factors will be out. See below link for hop list etc.

Also US 05 yeast would be my choice but I have no experience of liquid yeast, some of those might be better. But 05 suits the style

Just an aside, one of my favourites is Beavertown Neckoil, bought a pint last week and managed to knock it over AFTER 1 SIP.
I still haven't recovered yet and wake up screaming at the thought!!!
