Ah, well I just wasn't very well prepared, and made a bigger than expected mess, and ended with more wort on the floor than strictly necessary

The small amount of beer is shaping up to be decent, to be fair!

13L of my rich Grand Cru which will hopefully (if it's as good as the first batch) will be my BLAM entry.

I didn't boil it enough, so the wort wasn't as concentrated as I'd hoped and I got an extra litre in the fermenter, but a slightly lower OG.
