Hi folks. Just a quick question.
I bottled 6 and kegged the rest, it's a Festival Golden Stag.
I poured a bottle and a pint from the keg to compare.
I found the keg pint lighter in colour and possibly slightly smoother to drink.
Is this the norm?

I know you can get a taste difference but never heard of a colour difference before. But I don't bottle much.

The bottles were stored in a cupboard in a clear glass bottle. Both were not in sunlight.
Both were poured aft 4 weeks. Colour compared in glasses side by side.
Just thought it strange. Although I preferred the taste from the keg.
Going to give it another few weeks.

Thanks folks.
I primed with brewer sugar dissolved in boiling water. I used a syringe to put 5ml in to 6 bottles, the rest into the keg. It may just need a couple more weeks to clear more.
