I might need to do this in a no chill cube therefore reduce the hops at flameout and increase the dryhop I take itPay attention to the temp when you add the hops at the end of the boil, you can still add quite a lot of IBUs.
id use the chinook hop in a stout. stout suets this hop very well imo. i really like it.Ok thanks guys, I may just leave the Chinook as a few suggested as I don’t want to ruin it and not many people raving about it!
