Having difficulty finding any (end of harvest for year?) so does anyone know of a similar alternative I could use? Looking to get a brew on the go this weekend so can't wait for sauvin to reappear. :thumb:

They are a very individual hop - so what's th style and recipe? Can't think of a substitute but can think of similarly characterful hops that would make a different-bt-amazing-tasting brew such as Citra or Riwaka

Had a brewdog 5am saint clone in mind.
Just noticed on one site it saying normally available aug - may. Do I have to wait 3 months now?

Farams normally get this years hop harvest from New Zealand Hops in June/July . . .The problem is that certain breweries buy up some varieties even before they arrive . . . Like Nelson Sauvin . . . very little of the 2010 crop escaped into the homebrew market
