Hi all, completely new to brewing and had a starter set for Christmas with the basics, I have started to get a few more bits and would like some advice please of how I could utilise what I have! Any help appreciated.

So far I have:
5 gallon fermenting bucket with airlock
Mixing stick, siphon, hydrometer, sanitiser, large thermometer.

3 x corney kegs 19l (2 x pin lock, 1 x ball lock)
1 x 23 litre pressure barrel (needs a new lid)
5 x 1g glass demijohns (all have bungs with small airlock)
1 x roll of foil insulation blanket.

I am looking into co2 (I have half bottle of soda stream left) but no regulators etc. Need to decide which will work best.

long term plans include a keezer etc.

I don’t want to bottle as too much hassle and don’t have the fridge space. Also I would like it to last as it’s mainly for personal consumption and I want to get a few options going at a time. Hence I looked at the kegs.

I want to have a mix going including fruit cider/ales/wine and maybe lagers.

Storage for now will have to be garage.

any help would be appreciated on how you experience folk would get going! I’m willing to buy a bit more stuff but the kegs were unexpected so budget isn’t great for now (or I need to hide it )

Cheers in advance.
