I'm going away from my usual NEIPAs and Belgians this week and want a more winter friendly brew!
Found this recipe in an old Clone Brews book I bought off ebay for peanuts and really like the sound of it.
Base malt is no problem but the speciality grains are 340g 55L British Crystal Malt and 230g 20L Crystal malt.
I haven't got the British Crystal but I do have Biscuit Malt 50L.
I think it should go well with this style, what do you think?
Hops are EKG and Fuggle with an IBU of 29.
Cheers
