Sour Cherry Concentrate

Hello! I have 1.5 bottles of this sour cherry concentrate (250ml bottles) sitting around that I don't use any more.. wondering if anyone has tried adding it to a home brew? I thought it might go nicely in a stout or wheat beer but haven't been able to find any recipes containing it. Has anyone tried using it? Any tips? (I brew AG btw). I'm not sure whether it would go in primary or secondary. It does have potassium sorbate in it as a preservative, which might mess up fermentation? I've no idea!

Well seeing as none has replied to your thread, I think you know what the only way to find out is...

If it has any fermentables in it you could use it to prime some bottles..if not I'd try a couple of bottles of something and add varying amounts to see what taste you prefer.

Thanks guys! Yeah I thought it was a long shot! I've got a brew I'll be bottling at the weekend, I'll chuck some in a bottle as a primer/flavouring and see what happens!
