Hello! I have 1.5 bottles of this sour cherry concentrate (250ml bottles) sitting around that I don't use any more.. wondering if anyone has tried adding it to a home brew? I thought it might go nicely in a stout or wheat beer but haven't been able to find any recipes containing it. Has anyone tried using it? Any tips? (I brew AG btw). I'm not sure whether it would go in primary or secondary. It does have potassium sorbate in it as a preservative, which might mess up fermentation? I've no idea!
