I used a 2" to 3/4" reducing bush and, on the front, the tap shank fit through that. Stuck a metal washer on the front to stop it going through too far and just did the back nut up. Then a JG 5?8 female to 3/8 push fit adapter and a 90 degree adapter, I assembled the tap, reducer and elbow together, then pushed the beer pipe into the JG fitting and fed it through the equal T. Then put insulation in that part then fed the two beer pipes through the upright and screwed that on. Then I pushed insulation up this pipe and finally screwed the upright into the flange (which is screwed onto my bar top with a 35mm hole cut through it). Had to use a lot of force to get both elbows facing the same way and tight.
This was the list of parts I used, got it from JTM Plumbing who were very helpful, last two items were insulation, might be better off with normal pipe insulation from B&Q!
