Hello. I've just made a kit. I put 3 litres of boiling water in to dissolve everything needed. I then added 20 litres of water which made it 23 litres in total, instead of just filling to the 23 litre mark. Will this effect the beer drastically?? Pls and thanks.

It won't make a lot of difference. It'll be the same as if you added 75ml of water to a 500ml glass of beer. It'll water it down a little, but that's it.

Did you take a hydrometer reading before you pitched your yeast? If so, you can use FG to calculate abv. You can also check your OG against the kit suggested OG. It'll be fine once brewed, if slightly lower in alcohol đź‘Ť
