I have 23l of TC to rack from my fv into a wine fermenter as I 'm moving in a month so it's easier to transport in the wine one as it has a screw top etc. For bulk maturing should it be kept warm or put somewhere cold?
 
That's the plan! Cold it is then. I added malic acid at the start but as I posted I need to move it so have to rack
 
How cold?

I have my first TC sitting in the room it fermented in (19-21°C), should I move it the the garage at 3-8°C?
