I find it takes longer to condition heavily hopped beers so could it just not be ready yet?

Do you have much opportunity for O2 to get in with your process?

My Vienna IPA has been in the bottle for 3 days, meaning the CO2 has had a good chance to re-absorb.
Well, that's my excuse for checking the carb level anyway.
It's a bit low tbh

I tried to reduce it as much as possible. New speidel fermentor with a tube and bottling wand. Treated them like a baby if I am honest and it still didn't work.

This is the "odd" bottle of festival Razorback...bottle a week...great carb and aroma...needs a little bit longer but not unpleasant at all.
