First day of my holiday today and after a day tidying the garden, I've decided to have a wee treat of Hazy Jane

https://share.brewfather.app/xhW8iKNZsXqf5XYour bottle is ready , would you prefer a Belgian pale or golden ale hopped with Nelson & Ella, the golden ale will be ready at the weekend to bottle.

I like the look of that recipe. Something for the winter maybe.

Can I have a Belgian pale, looking to do one soon, so it would be good to try some more before I build a recipe

That recipe looks great, I really think 9% roasted malts is the sweet spot. Thanks for posting.

By the way how do you like the brewfather app? Have you ever used beer smith?

I am really missing homebrew and this store bought stuff is ok but not as much fun to drink.

Although this one reminds me of clint's 3C's so I am gonna pretend that is what it is.

I did use Beersmith 3 when I first started homebrewing for a year I think. I didn't have any issues with the PC version. I don't think the app version for mobile was particularly well rated at the time when Brewfather came out and the attraction of being a web-based app and being easy to login on multiple devices appealed with Brewfather.
I really like it, seems accurate firstly. They update it regularly and add new features. If you like the tech stuff all the tilt and float hydrometer's are integrated. Just a flexible easy to use app and easy to share information by sharing URL links.

I decided I couldn’t wait until tomorrow to get my stout on tap and brew another batch of bitter so that all happened today. Stout is on tap, bitter is in the fermenter.

To reward myself (ignoring the pint of stout I pulled out of the fermenter ;) ) I poured a glass of Summer Breeze and sat outside, just in time for the patter of raindrops on the canopy of the gazebo. Ah well, the beer is at least summery!

That looks good, is there a lot of dry hop in it? I've got a maris otter, wheat, citra with US05 in the fermenter, hoping it will look like that.

Looking good H! Just ordered a stack of goodies from MM...summer breeze V2 on the brew list! Plus a couple of HB lagers..more 3c,a couple of SAISON! etc...
