I copied a recipe, it wasn't a sweet stout, but I added some lactose and oats as I wasnt sure about it. It's on my brewday thread, I'm on my phone otherwise I'd post it.

Roll on tomorrow night...on a plus note the latest batch of 3c pale,V2,is bubbling away furiously! I dunno if I'll brew this week unless it's a SAISON that will just go on the garage work bench and be left to do its thing in the hot temps forecast...though at the moment I only nearly have enough bottles for one batch.

Be a shame to waste the nice beer-drinking weather!
Been sweltering in the brew shed/ home office today. Happy to report that temperature has dropped to a chilly 29C in here. Anyway this raspberry wheat is just the ticket. Gutted I only did a 9.5l cornie. Hardly ever make a trial batch. Photos don't do it justice - it's a vibrant pink/ red colour.
