I worked for many years in the NHS. The pay was okay I guess but the pension is really good. At times like now (and for several years now) it’s become even more important.Aye, looking at the "performance" of my pension, probably in about 2121.

Probably a bad description on my part. I would of liked it to have better clarity. It looks a bit murky if that makes sense. Maybe I am being to critical. This will be in the box I plan to send your way.

I do love an English Bitter. This is the one I kegged a few days ago so is really fresh.
First up.. my Pipster pale (3c) with Verdant yeast. Familiar but seems softer against the usual West Coast.
Its the lads golf trip to Portugal next week, thought it was time to get a practice round or two in.
First taste of my broadside clone, and I have to say, this is the best I've brewed I reckon, it's really good and yes, I'm blowing my own trumpet!

Back in Wales and started with my AG Citra which I'm pleased with. In fact it's time to thank forum members in general for advice tips and recipes which have helped to turn my brewing around since I joined. Previously it was a bit hit and miss so that half way through a glass of homebrew I was looking forward to opening a bought bottle. That scenario has now been reversed so cheers!
