Had one of my last Peanut Butter stouts yesterday, I think it's become more bitter (or my taste has changed) since I brewed it but still nice nonetheless.
Just got back from the shops (food for this evenings meal) and bought something for myself. It’s a little early perhaps but the day is dark and dreary so a little pick-me-up is entirely justified

I’ve never tried to clone it, I just see it as an example of a stout. I have my own and have enjoyed many other people’s too, they’re all good.I do like a Guinness, I can't say any of the clone recipes I have done are even vaguely like it though

Back in Wales and on Dark Rock Session Aussie Gold definitely better for being in the bottle for over two months.
I’m just starting tonight’s food, cod loin on a bed of crushed olive oil potatoes, passion fruit sauce and a few veggies. While cooking I’m having a 10% Imperial Pilsner. I’m not sure such a thing officially exists but someone’s brewed one so I’m gonna drink it!

Started with my Schwarzbier..keg kicked so space is available for new Belgian pale.
On to a session IPA from 6 degrees north.
Nice enough at 4.3 %.. doesn't mention the hops. Maybe Mosiac and something
