Mangrove Jack's Grapefruit IPA - in the background what I'm brewing tomorrow with enough pale malt for diastase. Apologies to Brew2Bottle for being late on the review but that's me all over.
 
Brewferm Christmas Ale bottled 31.12.17 in a 750ml Leffe bottle with plastic cork and cage to look good!

Lovely ruby colour but might just be past it's best - losing the liquorice taste and moving into sherry notes now.
 
Around the best temperature to get the full flavour
I would have to agree. The nuances of a properly made beer aren't meant to be dulled by the cold and can only be appreciated at the proper temp. Out of habit, because of the cheap lager thing that's so prevalent here, I did get used to ice-cold drinking as in it was the only way. The appeal of a super-cold beverage is hard to shake. I've come a looooong way.
 
What are you brewing that uses breakfast cereal and bread
Brexfast Beer #2 it's a beer that uses no continental breakfast items. Decided I'm skipping the bread, it's just pale malt and Fruit n Fibre to keep it rainhatsyabollox or whatever it's called.

I'm going to take a few bottles around to Ross Kemp's house to have after we play golf if it's any good.

If anyone has any suggestions for yeast I've got: CML kristalweisen, CML Kolsh or, CML Belgian. 70% of fruit and fibre is just whole wheat flakes. I've got a few more yeasts than those but I'm not interested in anyone's opinion about them.

Hop House 13. After seeing all of the tv adverts I wanted to see what all the hype was about.

This stuff is disgusting......sorry Guinness because I love the black stuff but this lager is just horrible. Only time I have been sorely temped to pour a beer down the sink.

Still have one bottle left. Anyone want it? sick...
