Well it's all for me grog, me jolly jolly grog,
It's all for me beer and tobacco.
For I spent all me tin on the lassies drinking gin,
Far across the western ocean I must wander.

Last brew day I listened to a load of mid - late 1980's indie (Pastels, House of Love, Primals, MBV and so on) but I suspect that is a minority interest, lol.
Anyone who lives south of The Wash (aka Lunnun 'n the sarf) may not like this one ...
... in which case "Tough!"
If you want something soothing, calming. Try Voces8 - came across them the other day looking for something else, their version of Faure Pie Jesu is sublime, you can find it on utube and no I'm not a god botherer my music taste is a little eclectic, Gong nestles next to Gallicantus , Dave Gilmore and Grieg
No Heavenly or the Sundays?
No, but there was a truck load of Wedding Present.
Big Big Train. Amazing prog band to brew to.
Everyone must remember George Harrison, another loss is Prince, 3.30 minutes into this clip, how good is he.
I tend to listen to Vivaldi, Max Richter or Hans Zimmer.
Didn't know of Hans Zimmer until Planet Earth Two.I did visit the grave of Dvorak while in Prague as a lover, and playing in a brass band you will recognise this. Not just about bread.
I saw this band Polyphia the other night and it honestly felt like I was watching the next evolution of guitar music, a dazzling combination of incredible talent and originality.
Hans Zimmer is next level. His score for Interstellar is beyond good. But the man is a legend, the list of films alone shows it:
The Dark Knight Series
The Last Samurai
Pirates of the Caribbean
An extensive list!
One of my favourites ...
For me it's:
1. Good podcast, if I can't find any>
2. Radio, if boring >
Oh and @foxy mentioned George Harrison and I have this on my iPhone as well ...
