I prefer to use my LHBS wherever & whenever possible. Online ordering really is a last resort. Had to do that a couple of times in the past year or so (for obvious reasons!) but still put those orders through the same LHBS in order to support their business.

Appreciate this man but would still like to rectify this, if anyone is ever not 100% happy with a product I will make sure they are compensated/issue is fixed!
