Apologies as a newbie this may have been done to death.
I used to use wild hops when i brewed regularly, back in the 90s, gathered from hedges around the Soar valley in Leicestershire.
I used kits and discarded the hops provided, and as i recall it all went swimmingly.
Fast forward, living in London, the building site I'm involved with has a mass of very fragrant hops; thoughts?
