Aroma is initially coffee followed by the first time I've actually got any coconut from Sabro :hat:

Flavour is slightly sweet dark toffee with enough bitterness to keep it nicely drinkable.

Silky smooth and clean as a whistle.

Should be abstaining tonight, however, challenging day at work means needs must. My Golden Delicious effort. This probably won't clear before the barrel is finished as I forgot the protofloc.

Roosters Yankee hopped with Cascade, ABV at 4.8%. First brew I've put in a pressure barrel for at least 2 years but following HB's advice. Carbonated well, cleared well but a very slight musty taste which I can live with but another deep clean when finished.
Edit I'm going to have another.

Also need to free up a keg so I can package the Golden Ale at the weekend.

It's all gone now. Empty keg only happy as the next beer is ready and a new one to brew at the weekend.
I used the quick lager technique for this batch
