Garden looking well cleared ready for the pub shed. 👍
Work starts next Monday.

So the large brolly was deployed while I cooked the food - lots of food. Many pints drunk, mostly Czech Pilsner, Summer Breeze, and Stout. They’ve all gone now (shame) having eaten more than they could and having drunk more than they should. Success!

Now a quiet Summer Breeze to myself.

Edit: Some weird typos corrected, I’m not that drunk. Sometimes I think my phone has had too much to drink with the wild sh1t it comes up with!

Again I am late as I had this last night, but I had the pleasure of his Festbier kindly sent by @DocAnna

It’s been a bit hectic lately as my mum has just got out of hospital having had pneumonia (being overweight as well and having COPD has made her very poorly).

Nevertheless I wanted to tell you all how lovely this beer was! It was such high quality and I really enjoyed it! Thank you Anna! The summer weather really adds to the enjoyment and I could’ve drunk half a dozen of these!

I am getting a taste for beer now as I’ve never really had before. I didn’t know how good it was when home brewed as opposed to the dish water they have in the shops.

Hope you all have a good evening. 🥰

Hope your mam gets better quickly...its a worry looking after the old fogies.

Back home on the home brew. You don't get much sleep camping

That proximity of that glass to the edge of the rail is making me feel very nervous. Never suffered from vertigo myself, but glasses are such fragile creatures.
That's not my experience of camping. The first night might have been a bit rough, but after that I always slept like a baby.
Looks nice. What is it?

I made this drop of old lager out of Plumage Archer and EKG's. Only 6 weeks in the bottle, which is too young for a lager, but it's fully carbed up and there's only the slightest chill haze. Best of all, it tastes like LAGER- not pale or light ale, but LAGER. Not the best I've ever tasted, at this stage, but very acceptable and I've certainly knocked out worse.
