Not much I wont eat, but have a severe reaction to anything that's a bottom feeder crab, lobster etc
Strangely I love Mussels prepared nicely.

Liver, kidneys, heart etc benefit massively from being soaked in milk for a few days prior to cooking in the fridge as that takes the astringency out and cooking gently and slowly I have always found heart tough though.
