The bitter bitter is going down to easy tonight

Next up (fairly sure I've made a mess of the calendar numbers somewhere) is Pompelmocello. A juicy grapefruit sour Ipa. I generally love or hate sours.... This one gets the 👎 treatment. A shame, I was looking forward to it having loved their rhubarb and custard sour I bought in spring.

One of these to finish. Been a long time since I had one, but I've been reminded by a few posts on here lately to sample it again. It's still really good.

Next up @dave_77 Belgian pale ale.
Pours a golden straw colour, excellent clarity with a really good carbonation
Aroma I am getting very light sweetness like honey with a little spice.
Taste wise it's very well balanced with mild bitterness. Again it's got some sweetness and light spice
Overall this is a very good beer, very different to the one I sent you. I would be very interested in seeing your recipe. Not sure what hops or yeast you used.
Thank you again and merry Christmas
