I know there have been a lot of discussions on this but my Coopers 'Extra' Stout is in primary and I'm splitting it in 4 after a week or so and adding separate flavours. I can't get hold of cocoa nibs where I am in Belgium and for the amount I need it's too expensive to buy them online.
Can I use an 85% chocolate mixed with vodka or is cocoa powder still an option for secondary somehow?
