Hold the bus. Gave the cali a final try and after the corny has been in the fridge for a few weeks it now tastes good. Even the missus liked it and she only likes pale beers. Going to try transferring some to bottles with my so far untested Christmas present bottle filler.
That was my experience with Cali - it did calm down a bit eventually but I was never quite sure about it… my friends seemed happy to drink it though
