Is there anything I can do to save a Festival Landlord kit that I have brewed at 25 ltr instead of 23 ltr.
I inherited an FV from FIL and suffice to say that the litre graduations are 2 ltrs out.

It's been fermenting for a week and there is still a little bit of airlock activity.
I have about 400grms of brewing sugar - It there any point adding this?
Is the brew wasted or should I just leave it and enjoy as a more "session" beer

Thanks.

It will be about 0.3%ABV less than it should have been. Using about 150g of your brewing sugar will restore the ABV to about what it should have been, and I reckon you are unlikely to notice any thinning of the beer, but if you are going to use it do it now.
The choice is yours.
