I’ve been brewing for over 10 years now. Started with kits but am now fermenting my 45th all grain brew. My background is in science; degree in microbiology and PhD in chemical engineering so on paper I should know what I’m doing... I don’t! I live on The Wirral.
I do BIAB in a 25 litre electric urn, ferment in a temperature controlled fridge and have built myself a keezer since Christmas. I’ve bottled up to this point and it’s been well received. I’m seriously considering going up to the nano brewery scale and selling to a limited number of bespoke outlets - just enough so that the hobby pays for itself.
