Is my beer ruined

Hi Everyone,

I'm new here and wonder if someone could assist me?

I have just started brewing, and stating with a extract simply beer larger.
I am doing the fementation in a fermzilla all rounder under pressure fermenting. When I add the water I thought I was at the correct amount of water, but only after I pitched the yeast and adding my Harris pure brew due the water conditions, that I have to much water in in by a 1 liter of water.

Must question is, is my beer ruined and do I need to wait for the sugar to complete as per attached photo.

No, it will just be a bit weaker than intended.

An extra 1 litre in a 19 litre batch will reduce the gravity by about 2 points, all else being equal that will work out to about 0.2% drop in ABV.

Welcome to the forum as stated by YeastFace it will not spoil the beer but just thin it out sightly.
I suggest that you make your next brew 2 or 3 litres short to "thicken" the brew next time and give a little more body
