Klarstein Help

Does anyone know how to contact Klarstein in the UK? I have tried the only number I can find - 01203 318 3951, but I seem to be blocked from calling it. (Tried two different mobiles but both the same). My problem is, I bought a brand new Brauheld Pro 35 last month. Tried it this morning for the first time. Set up 4 steps with the first step to notify me when the temperature gets to 52ºC. When the controller said 43ºC the water started to boil. Obviously faulty or have I set up the recipe steps wrong?

Just rechecked the phone number and realised it had an extra digit in it. The correct number is 0203 318 3951 which I have just got through to. I am now waiting for their tech support to contact me to see if it is faulty or something I have programmed wrongly. Anyone else with a Pro35 or any ideas?
