I'm thinking about upgrading my heat exchanger. Ideally I want one that I can strip down to clean throughly, the one I have now is a solid unit. we use strippable ones them at work and I can see the benefit in them for home use as well.
Problem I have is knowing what one to buy! Has anyone on here got a heat exchanger of this description for home brew? And how efficient is it for your size batches?
My normal brews come out at 55l and this normally takes a while to cool down
