Hey guys my name is Jason and ive just discovered homebrewing thanks to my grandad who introduced me.
Just finished my first batch which was melon wine absolutely beautifull.
Made a mistake which turned out good put in too muh sugar but the sweet flavour is lovely.
Living in the uk elderflowers are now in good growth so have been picking have enough for 5 gallons so thats the next one.
