Not having a drink yet but just out of the local super value and seen these for €25 each so had to have both of course (still have half a bottle of the stout one left) I paid £34 a bottle so saving money 
Patersbier still going.
Similar to what I brewed at the weekend but I used the last of my Maris Otter, buying Golden Promise next as I prefer it. I’ll have to then brew it again to see what the difference is between the two.
The dimpled jug - of course holding a pint of English Bitter. Still cooking that beef chilli.

Went down the pub. Hwyl Haf on cask for me. Didn't feel like summer today. 4 inches of snow this morning

This glass, holding a pint of my Pirate Pale which is going down nicely, is from our local beer festival. It’s held each year about a mile from my home and we go each year so I have a fair few of these glasses. Don’t worry, I’ll not show any more!

Have you any yeast lined up. Just looking at purchasing some, I might play it safe with WLP530
So Monday was down from Inverness to Dumbarton via fort Augustus and harry potter viaduct. Arrived in the premier bin rather late via McDonald's so a few beers in the hotel room. Thank heavens for our portable mini fridge. The vault city kirsh of life was better in the hanging bat Edinburgh on tap than in a can. Didn't post as I forgot to take a pic. No pic it didn't happen

I only have a dried cml Saison yeast and and frozen Belgian wheat for my TB style beers
I have the latest version of hoppy Belgian pale that's ready to go as soon as next keg kicks. I'm going to be bottling the keg of Brett Saison this week, planning to leave a couple of litres in the keg as I'm brewing a standard Saison next weekend.
Plan for the batch is half will go in the Brett keg and half will get blended with a quince cider/Perry that has been donated to me. I have already tested the blends last year, it will be somewhere around 20% quince.

I used gozdawa yeast and it has flavours similar to la trappe quad but it's darker and lower in abv.
