Guest beer time. A French saison from @samale. Deliciously crisp and refreshing, Lovely balance of light cracker malt, almost lemony noble hops and a good heft of peppery phenols.
I’d happily toil all day for a French farmer if there were a few of these on the go at the end of the day. Cheers mate🍻

Nice beer 👌 unfortunately I haven't brewed in a while. My stock of liquid yeasts have went to beer heaven. I need to start building them back up, some I had going for a year. French Saison yeast will be on the list

I'm in a similar boat, it's been a very busy summer. I've got a few brews lined up but just need to find some time to get them on. There's a Czech Lager and a Kolsh yeast culture in the fridge that are destined for the compost heap asad.

What did you think of it ? I fell victim to an advert while listening to 'my dad wrote a porno' and bought some. Didn't like the first can, the second can was better. Might continue judging tonight wink...
I liked it. Subtle roast flavor, no off flavors, creamy head that kept long.

When you know it’s ready the keg is going to kick soon.

It's my first day off in 7, and I haven't drank in longer.

Ride down and a day on the logs, it's raining too much to continue so some beer. Thinking a lager night. Starting with my own phucked up pilsner, I have decided I have had enough of this and I will empty the keg.

The last of my Westerham beers. This one is named after a specific Kent-based Spitfire. The beer has 9 hop additions and a different variety of hops is added at each stage. It’s a nice beer but expect an English IPA (it is named after a Spitfire!) rather than an American style hop monster.

Well, that's the Punk scoffed and a tin of chicken curry and a poppity ping rice..it wasn't half bad really, but then food and beer always tastes better outdoors.
Oh...I've winkled out a 28lb'er to set the ball rolling, but it's gone quiet now and it's raining a bit so I'm getting in the bag...
