Just kegged a ghost ship clone. Part mash EB looks and tastes nothing like ghost ship and thought I had burnt the extract during the boil. It tasted really malty so dry hoppped it with some citra and I must admit I love it.just needs to clear and it will a good start away from kits.

I have only done:- Bad cat imperial red ale
Coopers dark ale with black treacle and brew enhancer 2
    And the AIPA

Currently fermenting my second Biab stout.

    Happy times ahead.

    Planning a Magnum themed IPA

After 5 days of abstinence I’m tucking into my Citra Smash.

Damn damn fine on a hot summers day !!

It’s only young, would like it a little clearer but it tastes damn good. My best so far

And it tasted good. So good in fact I’ve just opened another one
May try one of my dodgy AG#3’s after this to see if the taste has improved.

Bavaria on its own should be ok.In my younger days you needed a crate of the stuff to get you through the night or steiger😋

Got two for a few HB so decided to turn one into a barbecue and doubles as a stove with great radiant heat I may add.👍😋
