Now having another pint and this is confusing as Evans and Evans do a beer rather unimaginatively called CWRW which simply means beer in Welsh. This is in fact Montys Sunshine which is nice and fruity.

Just put on a Brewferm Belgian Triple, hope it comes out like that. Wort was darker. Time will tell. Supping my ipa

Last Lagunitas for tonight. Unless I need another to fess up to buying a glycol chiller today. It arrives on Friday, so I can either own up by text from the other end of the country tonight, or take the opportunity to get a load on tomorrow night and fess up then instead.

You will find all Evan Evans beers are the same. I guess its the same base beer with a slightly different british hop

They had 2 left when I ordered, looks like the other went as well. I’ve got a SSBrewtech conical to plug it into and a BrewBucket thats now crying out for the FTSs heating/cooling upgrade. I’ve been thinking too much about my cold side setup recently while working too hard. It was only ever going to go one way!

It’s Kolsch time! 
It appears it’s not as dry as I thought, and possibly not infected either! I’m not trusting that tilt again without double-checking. However it’s very fizzy and not sure if that can affect it. Lesson learned!
