Can anyone recommend a good digital thermometer for the mashing process etc
My cheapo �ã2 one went for a burton recently so I bought one of these

Fairly accurate 100.something at boiling point 0.something in ice water

I've got one of these. Still use my analogue thermometer when brewing but the gun looks cool.

I thought infrared will only tell you the surface temp and not the temp within the mash?
