Ok if there are enough brewers up for this, how about another forum brew

The first one was a Bitter 1.042 to 1.048 36 - 40 IBU - colour to your preference
The Second Was A Pale Ale upto to 1.050 40 IBU

SO what style should we go for this time, bearing in mind that it is winter time

Yeah, but by the time an extreme IPA is drinkable it'll be spring (unless your us :drink: ) :lol:
