How many mince pies and Christmas puddings have you eaten so far this December

3 in total 1 at work and 2 at home - not boxes but pies, but I shall be eating a lot more as we get nearer the event as I will be working a lot in the run up so beer is out but coffee/tea is in and they do go nice with them on a evening
 
No mince pies yet, some are coming in a shop in a week or 2.

I don’t eat Christmas pudding any more, turns out it’s better in wine lol.

That said I may give Christmas pudding ice cream a go one year, I hear that’s cracking
 
I make Christmas pudding a week before Christmas so it can age. I make a bunch of Stollen for the family too.
 
One week, good god get it made in July then it's aged proper try it you will love it, yes i was a baker for 30 years athumb..

Maybe I'll get the pudding made this week then.

How do you age it? I've been leaving it in the mold in the fridge with about a half cup of brandy poured on it.
